Becky Perkins-Broker/Owner
Becky
grew up on a farm outside of Powell, WY. She has a great love for agriculture and the values it instills in people. She attended
the University of Wyoming where she studied Textiles and Merchandising and Interior Design. After college she attended
the Wyoming Real Estate Institute and obtained her Wyoming Real Estate Salesman License. Two years later
she completed the Brokers portion from the Institute and now holds her Wyoming Brokers License.
After many
years in the real estate business Becky still enjoys the challenges that real estate brings to her life. She finds it both
fulfilling and challenging to fit people with properties and help them ultimately gain the "American Dream"
of owning their own property.
Outside of the office Becky loves virtually anything outdoors, from horseback
riding to hunting. She feels fortunate to be brought up and live in Wyoming were we still have OPEN SPACE!

Jennifer Steed-Sales Agent
Jennifer grew up in Conroe Texas later moving to Darby Montana where she graduated
High School and later obtained her cosmetology license. Jennifer is married to Ben Steed and has three children; Tyler,Tori,
and Josey. She previously owned and operated a daycare business in Powell which she ran for a four year period prior to moving
to Cowley where she now resides. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family in the various aspects of ranch
life. Her hobbies include jewelry making, fishing, hiking, and horses.
